Denten Robinson, Attorney at Law

Denten Robinson, a member of the Navajo Nation, is the founder and principal attorney at DR Law. After graduating from Columbia Law School in New York City, Denten moved to Arizona to start his legal career at a national law firm. After years of practice in transactional matters at a national law firm, Denten joined a regional law firm to pursue his desire of representing Tribes and Tribal businesses. In 2018, Denten established DR Law where he and DR Law focus solely on supporting Tribes and Tribal businesses. Denten’s legal practice touches on a variety of specialty areas including: environmental, real estate, rights of way, education, family, employment, utilities, business transactions, construction, economic development, gaming, housing, water, elections, and jurisdictional disputes. Denten works tirelessly to represent the interests of his clients. Kristin McPhie, Attorney at Law

Kristin McPhie, a member of the Navajo Nation, is a dedicated and experienced attorney working in tribal law, dependency matters, and criminal defense. She works closely with tribal communities and legal entities to address legal needs, draft codes, and resolve disputes, ensuring the protection of tribal sovereignty and justice.
Kristin earned her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University before obtaining her law degree from Arizona State University, where she also earned a certificate in Indian Law. Her deep commitment to tribal law and advocacy has made her a trusted legal resource within Native communities.
Beyond her legal practice, Kristin is an avid runner and triathlete. She also has a passion for silversmithing and creating Native American jewelry, blending artistry with cultural expression. Kristin cherishes time with her husband and four children, embracing both family life and professional excellence.

Ethan Arviso, Attorney at Law
Tsi’naajinii (Black Streak Wood People) Clan
Ethan Arviso is an associate attorney for DR Law PLLC. Ethan is a member of the Navajo Nation from Crownpoint, New Mexico. Ethan graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he received his juris doctorate and a certificate in Indian Law. After graduating, Ethan spent time working for the Navajo Nation and gained experience in criminal law.
At DR Law his practice is focused on real estate, rights of way, contracts, business development and board governance. Ethan is dedicated to protecting Tribal sovereignty and justice. Outside of practicing law, Ethan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
